It's first thing in the morning, you're feeling half asleep, groggy, reflexes slow, brain not quite functioning...recognise that feeling? Well, not here at St. Gregory's! We are now keeping fit to music, using wake up and shake up techniques!Last week, the Children took part in an hour long aerobic work out, which involved warm up exercises to fast beat music, then complete aerobic workout to the latest tunes.To finish the session, the Children worked with hoops and skipping ropes, attempting to break records previously set by other Schools. The Children (and Staff!) were really put through their paces but the effects were amazing. The Children were alert, eager to get to their next lessons and full of renewed energy.
